	Notes Number of attendees listed above is approximate at this time Maintenance staff required for initial set up and parking assistance from 8:30 am to 9:15 am. Table setup in Fulton and Library by 8 am (maybe setup the night before). Some of the setup will take place the day before the event...such as leaf blowing, clean up, etc. See diagram below for TLC and Library setup. Food will be served in TLC--Sweet breads, pizza bites, bagels, fruit cheese, coffee, hot cider. Tech/arts staff required for lighting, sound and DVD presentation in the theater FYI to library staff: Information tables will be set up in the library by 8am (see diagram)
