Tech setup: We need a microphone and speaker to be set up just outside the Campus Center
Maintenance: golf cart, rearrange campus center (take away unused chairs / tables, put up black cloth, help put together bistro tables for cocktail parties, dedicated maintenance person from 2-10pm to help with set up and tear down; more info to come as we get closer to event
