Kitchen/Catering
Please plan for 100 attendees
Need: Coffee (reg & decaf), tea service, organce juice in pitchers, & variety of poundcake slices.
4 white paper table cloths.
Please have catering items set up outside of Disco o n tables by 8:30am.
Maintenance
Set up image is uploaded.
Have Disco unlocked/ligths on/head on (if necessary by 8am).
Sanwich board w/"College Day" sighn out by 8:15am (will provide signs day before on Friday).
Lock up around noon, at program conclusion.
