MS Bookfair

The bookfair involves having books delivered the day before and set up in the Board Room. The room will therefore be full of books and unusable at any time of the day until the books are picked up on Thursday afternoon--we are financially liable for the books, so really need to make sure the space is reserved all day and night during the bookfair.
